I’m from Ohio, and while we certainly have plenty of coffee shops, nothing compares to Eclipse! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place had something different to offer. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is unlike any coffee shop I’ve been to. It’s unique, inviting, and incredibly welcoming. As a student, I especially appreciated how comfortable and thoughtfully designed the space is. It has the perfect ambiance for studying, reading, or getting work done, while still being a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The café is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a warm, cozy feel that makes you want to stay long after you’ve finished your drink. The baristas were another highlight of my visit. They were genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to answer my questions, explain different drink options, and offer recommendations based on what I was looking for. You can tell they’re passionate about both coffee and providing a great customer experience, and that level of care really stood out. Eclipse is must visit when you’re in the Tampa area. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, it’s absolutely worth stopping by. Even after returning back to Ohio I’m still thinking about the delicious refresher I got when I was there, and I can’t wait for the opportunity to visit again.
Ladies at the Eclipse Cafe are sweet like the items on their menu. They had great recommendations when I asked as my first time visiting for a morning beverage. I ordered a Strawberry lavender Matcha cold foam drink.
I was in the area showing homes and I wanted a cozy coffee spot to look at some comps ana send an email. I Googled good coffee / breakfast near me, and Eclipse Cafe came up. I saw it was a newer place but was already killing it with great reviews. I read a few of them and it was an easy choice to come here. Arrived to plenty of parking, even though there are about a dozen customers here. The ambiance is wonderful, modernly decorated and already dressed up for Christmas. ⛄🎄 And the menu boards are digital and easy to read including plenty of photos of featured items. Mikayla helped me and she was super sweet, patient, and personable as I asked lots of questions. I chose a 'Minty Mistletoe' hot coffee which had peppermint, house-made dark chocolate mocha, and whipped cream. I also ordered a toasted everything bagel with egg, turkey sausage, and Swiss cheese (they have lots of bread and protein options, they even have hash browns). Maddie (bubbly and helpful!) delivered my coffee and sandwich promptly, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more! The bathroom was sparkling clean, and I relaxed in style at a grazing table with cushy barstools as I wrote my email. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Carrollwood, or even if I'm not, it's worth the extra drive! Kudos to the beautiful, new Eclipse Cafe! Keep up the great work! 🤩💪
This is my first time ever trying a mushroom coffee type of drink and it was amazing. I got the mini chicken and waffle bites and they were delicious. To drink I got the honey haze and it is probably one of the best drinks I have ever had. It is a great place to sit down and do some how’s work and I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.
Eclipse Cafe has a great atmosphere, awesome selection of drinks/pastries. We tried the cold butterfly pea tea and a caramel coffee mushroom blended drink. Maddie was very helpful and kind! She gave lots of great suggestions!
This place was soooo cute! The Barista with the pink hair and the pretty nails I think she said her name was Madi she was just an angel! The coffee was bomb and the additive mushroom thing I think that’s awesome! Food was also amazing!! Will definitely be returning!
10000/10 recommend I have been seeing this location a lot and wanted to try it I love matcha and pistachio items. I decided to get the strawberry lav Macha cold foam and Pistachio tres leches BOTH are very delicious. I am a matcha girlie! The matcha was fresh pure made wonderfully. Location was very calm especially after leaving a 10 hour shift. Customer service was EXCELLENT. Will for sure be back on a day off! Thank you much.
I come here multiple times a week after my workout to grab coffee, never thought I’d be a mushroom coffee guy lol. But it is great. The staff is wonderful and remembers your face. Today I chatted with McKenzie, who is very sweet. Definitely making this a mainstay local spot.
it soooooo good, i got the chicken caeser wrap along side a straberry horchata, a turkey panini, & a pistachio salted caramel shaken espresso with otalmilk. it was amazing. the decor was so pretty & aesthetic. very chill bathrooms are clean as well. over all super nice
I’ve been a couple times and enjoyed everything I’ve ordered. I’ve tried iced lattes with mushroom coffee and without. The waffles in a cup, pancakes in a cup, chicken and waffles are amazing. The girl at the counter was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about the place and about the different menu items. It’s got a very cool and laid back vibe. The drive-through was easy too.
